Services
I offer a range of evidence-based therapeutic services designed to support your mental health and well-being.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a confidential, one-on-one space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to identify patterns, develop coping strategies, and build a path toward the life you want to live.
Who It's For
Adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, self-esteem challenges, or anyone seeking personal growth and greater self-understanding.
What to Expect
Our first session focuses on getting to know you — your history, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. From there, we collaboratively create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Sessions are a safe space for honest conversation, reflection, and practical skill-building.
Typical Session Structure
Sessions are typically 50 minutes, held weekly or biweekly. Frequency can be adjusted as you progress. I use an integrative approach drawing from CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered techniques.
Anxiety & Depression Support
Anxiety and depression can feel overwhelming, but they are highly treatable. I use evidence-based techniques to help you understand the root causes, develop practical coping tools, and regain a sense of balance and hope.
Who It's For
Individuals experiencing persistent worry, panic attacks, low mood, loss of interest, difficulty concentrating, sleep disturbances, or feelings of hopelessness.
What to Expect
We begin by exploring how anxiety or depression manifests in your life. Treatment includes cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, mindfulness practices, and developing a personalized wellness plan. You will leave each session with actionable strategies.
Typical Session Structure
Weekly 50-minute sessions are recommended initially, with the option to transition to biweekly as symptoms improve. Progress is regularly reviewed and the approach adjusted to ensure effectiveness.
Trauma & PTSD Treatment
Trauma can leave lasting imprints on the mind and body. Using EMDR and other trauma-focused approaches, I help you process painful experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, and reclaim a sense of safety and control in your life.
Who It's For
Individuals who have experienced single-incident trauma, complex/developmental trauma, childhood adversity, abuse, accidents, or any event that continues to cause distress, flashbacks, or avoidance behaviors.
What to Expect
Trauma therapy begins with stabilization — building safety, trust, and coping resources. When you are ready, we move into processing traumatic memories using EMDR or other evidence-based methods. The pace is always guided by your comfort level.
Typical Session Structure
Sessions are 50–90 minutes depending on the modality. EMDR sessions may run longer. Weekly sessions are recommended during active processing phases, with a gradual step-down as healing progresses.
Life Transitions & Stress Management
Major life changes — career shifts, relocation, becoming a parent, retirement, loss — can be disorienting even when they are positive. Therapy provides support and strategies for navigating change with resilience and clarity.
Who It's For
Anyone going through a significant life change who is experiencing stress, uncertainty, identity shifts, or difficulty adjusting.
What to Expect
We explore the impact of the transition on your sense of self, relationships, and daily functioning. Together, we identify strengths, build adaptive coping strategies, and create a vision for moving forward with confidence.
Typical Session Structure
Weekly or biweekly 50-minute sessions tailored to the nature and urgency of the transition. Shorter-term therapy may be appropriate depending on your needs.
